Returns and Exchanges
- All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- No cash refund is allowed.
- No cancellation to be made once payment is confirmed.
- We accept returns or exchange only for wrong items delivered or defects.
- For item which is out of stock, we will refund in term of store credit which you may utilize it to purchase other available items.
- Return and exchange have to be done within 7 days upon item received.
- Contact us at Facebook page(@JasAtelier) / drop an email [email protected] with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece, your order number and reason for the return.
- Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled), at your cost.
- We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.
