Returns and Exchanges

• All sales are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• No cash refund is allowed.
• No cancellation to be made once payment is confirmed.
• We accept returns or exchange only for wrong items delivered or defects.
• For item which is out of stock, we will refund in term of store credit which you may utilize it to purchase other available items.
• Return and exchange have to be done within 7 days upon item received.

1. Contact us at Facebook page(@JasAtelier) / drop an email [email protected] with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece, your order number and reason for the return.

2. Post the item back within 14 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled), at your cost.

3. We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund ASAP (excluding return shipping costs) via your original payment method.
